QINGDAO EAGLE EQUIPMENT CO., LTD is a manufacturer of front load spray wash cabinets. Our products are designed in the USA and made in China. The spray wash cabinet consists of the cabinet, the hot water spraying system, and the rotaryable heavy duty load turntable system. It washes the parts with a degreasing cleaning detergent and hot water. The highest water temperature can reach 90 degree Celsius, which can improve the efficiency of cleaning.  

Electric components are sourced from well-known brand products such as Schneider, Siemens, Omron, Emerson, Eaton, etc. The motor uses products with ABB or CE certificates. We have a full range of product of the front load spray wash cabinets.

The heavy-duty turntable load capacity is 225kg to 1600kg. The turntable diameter of the spray wash cabinet is from 710mm-1500mm, and the maximum job height is 1050mm to 1500mm. The spray wash cabinets are designed for the cleaning before repair, renovation, or maintenance of parts of automotive vehicles, ships, agricultural equipment, mining engineering machine parts, and tires. It is also suitable for cleaning of hydraulic valve blocks (Hydraulic Block), and other machining parts.

All series of spray wash cabinet are equipped with safety door switches to protect the personal safety of operators. The spray wash cabinet of the SWE series also uses a safe voltage 24VAC operation button to protect the personal safety of the operator.
